Over the past 50 years, three small towns along the Columbia River have developed into five cities within a contiguous metropolitan area with a population exceeding 330,000. This rapid growth is expected to continue. According to projections by Benton Franklin Trends, our population is expected to increase by another 35,000 over the next five years. This growth is equivalent to adding another city half the size of Richland.

Do our transportation agencies have far-sighted plans that will improve the connectivity for the population that is here and the growth that is coming? We’ll ask the experts. Click here for more information and speaker bios.

ANNUAL DUES REDUCED

The Badger Club Board of Directors has lowered the annual dues from $60 to $50, effective immediately with the next renewal. At the same time, the nonmember registration fee has increased from $5 to $10 per forum, making membership an even better bargain.

Badger Club membership shows that you care about the important issues in our community and beyond. And, that you believe civil conversations about tough topics are more important now than ever. Your membership helps keep the Badger Club's example of civil discourse alive, regardless of the subject.

There are some great Badger Forums in the works, and we're always looking for more. Annual Dues are $50 which helps cover the cost of producing each forum as well as advertising and promotion.

Please join us. We'll be honored. Here is the link.
